GF for LF: Day 1

Abject failure.  I ordered a “scramble” at brunch – the menu didn’t mention it, but the eggs came on top of an English muffin.  D’oh.

Lunch:  Pacific Foods roasted red pepper soup (gluten-free and kosher!).

Dinner:  burger with feta (no bun, Curt had his on a pita), spinach salad, homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Heinz ketchup is gluten-free!  Huzzah.
